We offer a wide range of frames, including wood, metal, and custom finishes, to suit any style and preference. We also have a range of very good quality Ready Made frames in all the popular sizes, The frames are UK made, real wood, Glass, MDF backing with hanging loops & strut stands on certain sizes 

The framing process typically takes 1hour to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and the availability of materials chosen, there is also just me, and demand for my services is high.

The preferred method of getting a picture framed is by appointment, See Booking link for available days & times. This helps control the workflow, so nobody has a excessive wait time

My normal practise is to take full payment upon placing an order,
I take all cards including American Express, Cash, BACS

It depends on the progress of the job a lot of the time materials are ordered for your specific job immediately and I try and get pictures sealed under glass ASAP to protect them before awaiting final assembly when the moulding arrives.
With regards to printing not all of it is done in house so it cannot be stopped or altered after it is forwarded to the relevant departments
If not affected by any of the above, then a full refund could be given if requested or a agreed partial refund

I offer lots of different glass from standard 2mm float glass to high UV protection museum glass with diffused, Art glass and acrylic in between 

I do try and check things before print, but this does not include spelling or checking for wrong phone numbers etc. that is your responsibility including checking any proofs I send you if I do the design for you, please don’t assume my spelling & grammar is good. My checking is normally for the layout that things will fit in the sizes you want.
Files for printing products excluding photos should be in PDF CMYK format and allowing sufficient bleed area that does not cut off any text if borderless printing required. Please don’t hesitate to ask for advice if you are not familiar with requirements.
Photos should be high quality file size JPEG of TIFF if you want good results, the printing process does not magically make a poor-quality image look amazing, As is the case with a photo taken on a phone and made into a great big canvas etc. it will look ok from a distance.

There is no general cover for anything, for accidental damage, theft etc. and items are left at the owner’s risk, of course I will take care of them to the best of my ability and so far, there has never been an incident. I would not be willing to take an extremely expensive item without it being properly insured against accidental damage, theft etc.
